Silent Day of Retreat (May): Radical Trust
DESCRIPTION
Do you find yourself bracing for what's next — planning, managing, holding on tight? If you've been moving through life with a quiet hum of control running underneath everything, it may be time to ask yourself a different question: Can you stop working so hard against your own life?
Trust is not the easier half of surrender. Surrender can feel like relief — finally putting something down. But trust asks you to remain in that undefended place without reaching for something to fill it. To not know how something will turn out, and to continue anyway. This is Radical Trust.
Radical trust is not passive. It is perhaps the most courageous form of presence — choosing to meet what is actually here rather than managing what might come. Slowly, imperfectly, again and again.
We're holding an intimate silent day retreat to explore how trust can live in the body before the mind catches up. Through silent sitting, somatic inquiry, and nervous system practices, you will:
Sit with and reclaim self-trust through guided contemplative practice and somatic inquiry
Resource your nervous system with tools that support you beyond the retreat
Loosen what you've been holding for a long time — in a safe, compassionate, and confidential space
Experience radical presence alongside a small community of fellow humans committed to inner work

Search Inside Yourself
DESCRIPTION
Most of us were never taught what to do with the "hard stuff." If you're capable, composed, but quietly exhausted—and finding that your nervous system doesn't respond to productivity hacks or weekend retreats—you aren't alone.
What's actually happening is that our brains have been in a threat response for so long, they now read ordinary Tuesday meetings as emergencies. You're not weak or broken. You're just running a very old operating system on a very demanding urban life. Emotional intelligence isn't just a personality trait you either have or don't—it is a skill you can actively build.
Originally developed at Google and backed by neuroscience, Search Inside Yourself (SIY) was built to change that.
We’re facilitating a workshop for you to creatively respond to your life instead of just mindlessly reacting to it. To get more information about how you can:
Activate mindfulness to boost joy, focus, and overall well-being
Master the science of emotions and use it to your advantage
Unlock emotional intelligence for personal growth and professional success
Build mental resilience to strengthen your relationships and social skills

The Inner Game
DESCRIPTION
If you’ve been holding it all together—your career, relationships, responsibilities—yet underneath you feel tired but wired, overstimulated, and quietly disconnected from your own knowing, you are leading from survival.
This is not mindset work, motivational coaching, or about pushing through. The Inner Game is a nervous-system-led approach to upgrading your inner operating system. It is about returning to yourself with stability, so your body becomes a place you can actually live in.
We invite high-capacity women to an 8-week in-person depth experience designed to help you integrate external success with internal peace. Through this curated circle, you will:
Shift out of survival mode (fight/flight/freeze) and into a grounded, regulated internal state
Develop a personalized toolkit to navigate high-pressure environments without burnout
Distinguish between anxiety and true intuition for clear, self-led decision-making
Reclaim your internal authority alongside a supportive community of like-minded women

Stop the Poisoned Relationship. Become the Antidote: Co-creating Strength-Based Attachment that Lasts
DESCRIPTION
You love each other. You’re committed. But lately, it feels like you’re speaking different languages. The same conflicts keep looping. The distance keeps growing. And despite your success in every other area of life, this is the one place where "trying harder" isn't working.
It’s not a lack of love. It’s a mismatch of wiring.
Join us for a curated, 3-hour experience where we stop guessing and start translating. Using advanced Neuroscience and the CliftonStrengths framework, we’ll help you move from "surviving" your differences to leveraging them.
Decode the Signal: Understand exactly why you trigger each other (and why it’s biological, not personal).
Flip the Script: Turn your "incompatible" traits into your greatest combined assets using CliftonStrengths.
Stop the Spiral: Walk away with a tangible "Roadmap" to de-escalate conflict in minutes, not days.
